Therapy for Anxiety & Obsessiveness

If your mind feels like it’s constantly racing, overanalyzing, or stuck in loops you can’t seem to break, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to fight this battle by yourself. Our work will not be about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you untangle the overwhelm and find ways to feel more grounded, present, and in control of your life. We will utilize evidence-based treatment strategies to help you quiet the self-doubt and live a values-based life.

Whether your anxiety keeps you stuck in overthinking, your depression makes everything feel heavy and exhausting, or obsessiveness leaves you feeling like you’re never doing or thinking “enough,” we’ll work together to make sense of it all with curiosity and self-compassion (and maybe even a little humor when it helps).

I help clients explore what’s beneath the surface and may be shaping the way you move through the world today. We’ll work at a pace that feels safe and supportive, helping you shift patterns, ease emotional distress, and build a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.

You don’t have to stay stuck in your thoughts or emotions. Together, we’ll help you find more clarity, relief, and connection so you can start feeling like yourself again.

Modalities we will explore together may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), specifically Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
