Couples & Relationship Therapy

Many couples I work with come in feeling exhausted from having the same arguments over and over. They thought they were communicating but in reality, they’re just stuck in a loop of miscommunication, hurt, and loneliness. No matter how much effort they put in, they keep missing each other.

My approach helps couples move beyond surface-level conflict to uncover the emotions and patterns that have been keeping them disconnected. Often, what feels like tension or distance is actually a protective barrier covering unspoken fears, unmet needs, or past wounds that make true emotional and physical intimacy difficult to access.

I don’t take sides. Instead, I create a space where both partners can take accountability, express themselves openly, and truly hear one another. I help couples work through old pain so it doesn’t control the relationship anymore. Together, we challenge ingrained patterns, explore new ways of relating, and rebuild trust, safety, and connection.

I welcome couples of all identities, relationship structures, and orientations, including queer, heterosexual, and polyamorous partnerships. I also work with friends and colleagues who want to strengthen their communication and reduce conflict.
